Rainbows of Hope / Project Hope Russia : The Ministry of Project Hope - Russia is in immediate need of financial help [ please see the page on PHR for more information ]. This ministry lost their previous facility when they could not make the additional monthly payment that the building owner asked of them last year. PHR was able to place most of the kids, but many of them ended up back on the streets and the staff would like to get the facility that they have located opened up as soon as possible. They need immediate additional infusions of cash for construction purposes. They are adding washing machines and dryers for the clothes and showers for the kids to get cleaned up. They are also adding classrooms and examination rooms, too. Please pray about how you can help this ministry meet their needs.
